Trips with Ease SL ("vi") driver nettstedet tripswithease.com og dets spraksubdomener. Vi er forpliktet til a beskytte dine personopplysninger i samsvar med GDPR (EU) 2016/679 og all gjeldende personvernlovgivning.
Vi fungerer som en nettbasert markedsplass og formidler som kobler kunder med uavhengige turleverandorer pa Balearene. Vi driver ikke turene selv.

Turleverandorer: vi deler relevante opplysninger med leverandoren. Betalingsbehandlere: Stripe og/eller PayPal behandler betalingen din sikkert. Vi selger ikke dine personopplysninger til tredjeparter.

Dine data behandles hovedsakelig innenfor EOES. Overforing utenfor EOES beskyttes av standard kontraktsklausuler.

- Booking data: Retained for 5 ar etter turdatoen for juridiske og regnskapsmessige formal
- Contact messages: Retained for 2 ar etter siste kommunikasjon
- Analytics data: Retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default)
